Lavender essential oil promotes relaxation and it’s believed to treat anxiety as well as depression.

Rose essential oil with its calming and soothing properties it’s believed to help decrease anxiety and in addition stress.

Vetiver essential oil promotes restful sleep and can be used in aromatherapy for nervousness, insomnia and joint or muscle pain.
